At FASHIONARIE-CLUB, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Customers can return eligible products within 7 days of receiving their order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Hygiene-related products (if opened or used).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact us to request an exchange.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
